Where is Refuge Elohim? Temporary Headquarters. In Kathryn's home in Arlington, Texas. For over 20 years, Kathy has been taking hurting people into her home ministering to their needs.

We are raising funds to purchase 50 + acres in North Texas, where we will build an eighty suite facility, to house families, 2 safe houses for men and women (single people coming out of jail, off drugs, and out of abusive situations). There will be a Bed and Breakfast type structure for visiting ministers to stay and minister or just receive R&R. There will be a barn with horses and cattle. There will be a garden, and pond stocked with fish for fishing.

The property will be self-contained with solar power, water wells, and septic systems.

There will be individual housing on the property for those who want to live near the ministry and work, or stay on the property after they have e been rehabilitated.

Long-term housing will also be provided in the DFW Metroplex for those finishing the program, with LIAM as the mortgage holder, so individuals may have an opportunity to get on their feet without the worry of "what if".

How is your money being spent? If you are concerned about giving due to misappropriation of funds, come, join our network as a volunteer, and help us spend your money. That is the concept of $1.00 and 1 hour. We need people to pray, counsel, teach, answer phones, etc.
